WEDDING GUESTS All your guests will have digital cameras and will want to photograph you. To aid the Photographer on the day the Bride and Groom agree to give him precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the Wedding services above. The Photographer cannot be held responsible for any lack of Images caused by guests taking their own or otherwise interrupting the Photographer's work. HOUSE RULES The Photographer is sometimes limited by the rules imposed by registrars or officiants and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. In such circumstances the Bride and Groom agree to accept those limitations that may be imposed. The Bride and Groom are encouraged to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the persons concerned. COPYRIGHT The Photographer will retain full copyright to all images taken by them on fulfilment of the agreement but full rights and the licence to use and reproduce will be transferred to you upon receipt of the Agreed Fee and the condition that those digital images (and as reproductions) are for personal use only by the Bride and Groom and their friends and relatives. If any other use of the photographs is sought, written permission from the Photographer must first be obtained. LIMIT OF LIABILITY If due to illness, injury or other circumstances beyond his control the Photographer is unable to provide the services specified above, he will take all reasonable steps to secure the services of a replacement photographer satisfactory to the Bride and Groom. If such a replacement photographer cannot be found in these circumstances, the Photographer's liability is limited to a refund of the deposit and any other payments received towards the Agreed Fee. Also, Joshua Tucker Photography adopts working practices intended to prevent loss or damage to the images. The digital images are backed up to separate storage media during the Wedding and duplicate equipment is on hand in case of breakages or failure. However, there exists the possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Joshua Tucker Photography. In these circumstances the Photographer's liability is limited to the return of that proportion of the fees paid for the service equating to the proportion of the original images actually delivered.

Payment Terms *

You will be invoiced for the deposit - 25% - upon the signing of this agreement, with the balance due one month before the date of your Wedding. When paid, the deposit will secure the agreed services of Joshua Tucker, the Photographer, for the Wedding date and other arrangements specified above. In case of cancellation: - more than 6 months prior to the wedding date the deposit will be fully refunded. - less than 6 months but more than 3 months prior to the wedding date no amount of the deposit will be refundable. - less than 3 months prior to the wedding date no amount of the total agreed fee will be refundable. COVID-19 Statement: The pandemic situation has changed rapidly over time, and the lockdown laws are regularly reviewed, meaning it is more difficult to plan for the future. Where your wedding cannot (or could not) go ahead on the date agreed without the parties breaching the lockdown laws you will be entitled to a refund, where you have already paid money, and will no longer be liable to make any further payments. Where a postponement is forced to occur, Joshua Tucker, will move dates with you under the same terms as outlined in this contract.
